Q. Can you design a special one off brush for my own application?
A. Yes, in fact we do this for customers all the time! We can make a single special brush for you, or we can mass-produce a custom design. Let us know what you have in mind by calling free phone 0800 692 787 or email us at sales@nzbrush.co.nz.

Q. The reception area is a mess from dirty boots, do you have any suggestions?
A. This is a common problem, especially in Winter! We have a couple of options for you either a Half Round Boot Cleaner or our Full Boot Cleaner the Full Boot Cleaner also has replacement brushes.

Q. How much is delivery?
A. We deliver free, anywhere in New Zealand, for orders over $100 in value. For orders under $100, we have a flat charge of $9 for delivery. If you require delivery outside New Zealand, please enquire by emailing us at sales@nzbrush.co.nz.

Q. What if I am not happy with the product?
A. NZ Brush Co is 100% New Zealand owned and operated, and we stand behind every product we sell.
If you have a valid claim against our quality or service, we will refund the cost of freight for returns and we will replace the product, freight-free.
