NZ Brush Co is 100% New Zealand owned and operated, and we stand behind every product we sell.  If you have a valid claim against any aspect of our product quality or our service we will put things right to your satisfaction.

Our excellent quality and service is second-to-none, and we aim to grow our business by providing full product satisfaction to you, our valued customer.

Delivery

We deliver free, anywhere in New Zealand, for orders over $100 in value.  For orders under $100, we have a flat charge of $9 for delivery.  If you require delivery outside New Zealand, please enquire by emailing us at sales@nzbrush.co.nz.

Returns

Where a customer has a valid claim against our quality or service, we will refund the cost of freight for returns and we will replace the product, freight-free.
