Returns and Refunds

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.  If you cancel before your order is dispatched you will receive a full refund. However, if the goods have already been sent, the delivery fee will be incurred and a refund of the product only will be processed.

Returning Goods

NZ Brush Company will accept returns within 30 days where the goods are in their original, saleable condition including original packaging. It is your responsibility to return the goods and the purchase receipts either via tracked courier to our warehouse or to your nearest NZ Brush Branch (Dunedin, Auckland, Christchurch and Palmerston North).  Refunds will be for product only, no refund of delivery fees is payable.

Exchanging Goods

NZ Brush Company will accept returns within 30 days where the goods are in their original, saleable condition including original packaging. It is your responsibility to return the goods and the purchase receipts either via tracked courier to our warehouse or to your nearest NZ Brush Company store.  Refunds will be for product only, no refund of delivery fees is payable.

A new order will be created and charged.

Warranties

NZ Brush Company has a 100% money back gaurantee on all faulty or damaged products. Please contact us on 0800 692 787.

Damaged Goods

If the product(s) have arrived damaged, we will ensure your receive a replacement.  Contact admin@nzbrush.co.nz within 12 hours of receiving consignment in order to receive a complementary pickup of faulty/damage goods, include relevant details such as order number, proof of damage, pickup address and available times.  Requests for complementary pickups outside of this 12 hour window will be authorised on a case by case basis.  Alternatively, return faulty/damage goods to your nearest NZ Brush Company store. Once we are notified it will take up to 5 working days to send you the correct goods (unless the item was a custom made order and timelines will be discussed with you directly).

Dispatch Error

If we have sent you an incorrect product, we will endeavour to correct this error. Contact admin@nzbrush.co.nz within 12 hours of receiving consignment in order to receive a complementary pickup of incorrect goods, include relevant details such as order number, proof of supply/dispatch error, pickup address and available times.  Requests for complementary pickups outside of this 12 hour window will be authorised on a case by case basis.  Alternatively, return incorrect goods to your nearest NZ Brush Company store. Once we are notified it will take up to 5 working days to send you the correct goods (unless the item was a custom made order and timelines will be discussed with you directly).
