Installation Instructions

1. Clean the crack – remove debris, dust, and loose stones
2. Select appropriate tape width (crack width ≤ 20mm)
3. Apply tape by peeling the backing and laying directly over the crack
4. Compact using a rubber mallet or tamper to remove air bubbles
5. Cut tape to shape for irregular cracks
6. Open to traffic immediately – no curing time

Important Notes

• Install only in dry conditions and temps above 15°C
• For cracks wider than 20mm, fill first with crack filler or cold asphalt, then overlay with tape
• Store in a cool, shaded environment – avoid direct sun or high heat
